Udhampur, May 27: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Sachin Kumar Vaishya and Director of Ayush, Dr. Mohan Singh, “One World, One Health” In countdown to IDY 2023, an Iconic Yoga Session was organised by District Ayush Team at BSF, STC Udhampur.
During the camp, a Yoga session comprising Hatha Yoga session, Meditation session and Yog Nidra session was demonstrated to train the participants. An awareness lecture on Dinacharya and Ritucharya was delivered by Yoga therapist Sunil Bhogal, explaining the importance and benefits of Yoga, Dhyaan and Yoga Nidra.
