RDD organises Har Ghar Tiranga campaign

Kishtwar, Aug 03: The Rural Development Department Trigam, under BDO Roopesh Sharma’s supervision, organized the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign at Palaash Children Home Boys Kishtwar here.According to a statement issued here, renowned singer Samridhi Sen and BDO Bunjwah Ajaz Ahmed Butt graced the event as chief guest and guest of honor, respectively.The programme began with singing of National Anthem followed by welcome speech by BDO Trigam Roopesh Sharma who also highlighted the campaign’s significance and the national flag’s history.Speaking at the occasion BDO Trigam Roopesh Sharma stated that through this celebration, under the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Sh. Pankaj Kumar Sharma ( JKAS), the District Administration Kishtwar  aims to instill patriotic values among the younger generation and ensure that they grow up with respect for our nation and its glorious past.He further emphasised that the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is a proud initiative to inspire a sense of patriotism and unity among every citizen.  He also urged children to take pride in the national flag and contribute to nation-building.BDO Bunjwah Ajaz Ahmed Butt while speaking at the occasion emphasized honoring national heroes’ legacies and inspiring the younger generation. He also advised all children to work hard in their studies and contribute towards development of the nation in a holistic and inclusive way.Samridhi Sen sang a patriotic song, encouraging students to participate and contribute to nation-building. A patriotic quiz competition was held, followed by gift distribution and distribution of refreshment among participants.Children also showcased their talents, and dignitaries applauded their efforts.
