Sopore Police on Tuesday said that sharing sensitive information about the Gujjarpati Sopore encounter on social media can have serious consequences, and appealed to the public to refrain from spreading unsubstantiated details.
In a post on X, Sopore Police wrote, “It is reported that certain persons are circulating/sharing sensitive details about Gujjarpati/Zaloora incident without considering ramifications of such activism.”
“It is enjoined upon all to desist from such irresponsible practices compromising the security of the state,” the post reads.
