The programme  commenced on November 15 across the district under the aegis of Deputy Commissioner, Ramban Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary with the aim to empower youth of the district about the scope of Entrepreneurship in Agriculture sector.

Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Dr Suhail Kawoosa, who is also Nodal Officer HADP in the district, sensitized the students and staff about the ‘Yuva Vani’ programme during an interaction session held at Government Degree College Ramban. He said that there are ample business opportunities available in agriculture and allied sectors for the youth.

The participants showed keen interest in opting for Agricultural entrepreneurship which has been designed exclusively for the youth within the age group of 18-35 years.

Similarly, Chief Agriculture Officer, Ramban, Ram Gopal Sharma  sensitized the  participants at Government Degree College, Batote, while, Assistant Director, Fisheries Ramban, Fayaz Ahmed  interacted with the participants at Government Degree College, Gool.

Expressing gratitude to the District Administration for organizing programmes in their institutions, the Principals and faculty of the host Colleges  urged the visiting officers to organize such more  youth oriented and informative events in their institutions.
