Jammu and Kashmir People’s Conference President Sajad Lone on Saturday Slammed Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather for inviting Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to discuss the upcoming budget session.
In a post on X, Sajad lone wrote, “This is disgrace to the post of Speaker. Why should speaker go to CM to dicuss legislative business. Speaker is the highest authority in legislature and it doesn’t behoove him to go to CM office to discuss legislative.”
“It is insult to the sanctity of legislature as well as people of J&K who have chosen MLAs. Shameful, CM omar Abdullah’s office has tweeted about it.” he added.
“And Rather sahib is sitting like a good boy in front of a good boy. What a shame.” the post reads.
