Vivek Bali attends Juhu Koliwada Seafood festival Mumbai 2024

Vivek Bali, State General Secertary JD(U) J&K said that the aroma of spices and the sound of laughter filled the air as seafood enthusiasts gathered at the Juhu Koliwada Seafood Festival for a delightful culinary experience.

 Hosted by Dhiren Gawde, this two-day extravaganza celebrated the rich flavors of West India’s coastal cuisine.

The festival, held at Juhu Koliwada in Mumbai, showcased an array of delectable seafood dishes prepared by talented fisherwomen clad in resplendent sarees. From succulent fish curries to crispy fried delicacies, attendees indulged in a gastronomic journey through the region’s culinary heritage.

Highlighting the event was the esteemed presence of Vivek Bali, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Known for his passion for culinary exploration and cultural appreciation, Bali immersed himself in the festivities, engaging with attendees and savoring the authentic flavors of coastal cuisine. Mr Pravin Rahangdale also got an award as he was also present there as a guest 

“I am honored to be part of this vibrant celebration of seafood and culture,” remarked Vivek Bali. “The dedication and skill of the fisherwomen behind these exquisite dishes are truly commendable”, he said.

Joining Vivek Bali were notable personalities including Narendra Gawde , Pravin Rahangdale , Dhiren Gawde , Jyoti Gawde, Pravin Sakpal , Kiran Choudhari , Sachin Gawde, Sunil Mandela , Tushar Sakpal , Kiran Revasakar , Prashant Gawde , Dinesh sutar ,Muskan Gawde , and also thanks cake group Farm other distinguished guests, adding to the festivity and camaraderie of the event.

The Juhu Koliwada Seafood Festival not only delighted the taste buds but also served as a platform to showcase the culinary heritage and traditions of the region. From traditional recipes passed down through generations to innovative culinary creations, the festival celebrated the diverse culinary landscape of West India.

As the sun set over the horizon, attendees departed with memories of laughter, camaraderie, and the lingering flavors of coastal delicacies. The Juhu Koliwada Seafood Festival promises to return, offering food enthusiasts another opportunity to savor the essence of West India’s coastal cuisine.
