Hosted by Dhiren Gawde, this two-day extravaganza celebrated the rich flavors of West India’s coastal cuisine.
The festival, held at Juhu Koliwada in Mumbai, showcased an array of delectable seafood dishes prepared by talented fisherwomen clad in resplendent sarees. From succulent fish curries to crispy fried delicacies, attendees indulged in a gastronomic journey through the region’s culinary heritage.
Highlighting the event was the esteemed presence of Vivek Bali, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
