Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra accorded warm welcome in 8 Panchayats of Block Khari; Witnesses huge public participation

Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) was accorded a warm welcome by PRIs, senior citizens, youth, and local residents on its arrival in eight panchayats of block Khari, here today.

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra witnessed enthusiastic and vibrant participation of all stakeholders in panchayat   Shagan, Khari Lower-A, Khari Lower-B, Khari Upper-B, Khari Upper-A, Trigam Lower-A, Trigam Lower-B and Trigam Upper in district Ramban. The people from all walks of life participated in a variety of activities and learned about Centrally Sponsored Schemes.

They listened attentively to recorded video messages from the Prime Minister, emphasizing the significance of the campaign. Participants took the Viksit Sankalp Bharat pledge, affirming their commitment to holistic national development.

Beneficiaries, who have availed benefits of different government schemes and  services, shared their experiences under Meri Kahaani, Meri Zubaani initiative and expressed gratitude for the seamless services delivery.

Officers and officials sensitized the people about government schemes and motivated them to register for schemes and get benefits under various employment and welfare based schemes.  Various welfare, employment, insurance, social security and income generation based schemes were highlighted by all departments who had installed stalls. 

Sub Divisional Magistrate, Banihal,  Zaheer Abbas Bhat, Tehsildar Khari, Amit Upadhya, Block Development Officer, Asif Amin, Block Medical Officer, Ukhral, Dr. Iqbal, supervised multiple activities organized under the nationwide campaign.

Block officers and officials from line departments, PRIs, students and locals participated in large numbers in Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra programmes in aforesaid panchayats.
