In a tragic incident, two siblings died while father is in critical condition in Ashtangoo area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora District due to suspected case of asphyxiation.
An official told Rising Kashmir that two siblings namely Muneer Ahmad and Tanveer Ahmad, lost their lives, while their father, Qasim Ahmad Chechi, is in critical condition due to a suspected case of asphyxiation.
He said that the three were found unconscious at Jamia Islamia Dar-ul-Uloom Ashtangoo and despite being rushed to a nearby health facility, the boys were declared dead on arrival.
Investigation into the incident is going on, suggesting it may be linked to the presence of harmful gas in the room, he added.
