Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday seized two tractors and arrested two persons for being involved in illegal mining in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A Spokesperson said that Police under the supervision of Mohd Nawaz-JKPS SDPO Pattan assisted by SI Mohd Mustafa, IC PP Kungamdara seized two Tractors and drivers namely Aijaz Yousuf Dar & Mohd Shahid Dar Ss/O Mohd Yousuf Dar both residents of KP Payeen Singhpora at Khore Sherabad Pattan who were found involved in illegal mining.
He said that case FIR under relevant sections of law was registered in Police Station Pattan and investigation set in motion.
