Jammu, Nov 09: Trishisva Proch (IV-F), a young dance prodigy from Delhi Public School Jammu, has been selected for participation in International Dance Championship to be held in Kathmandu, Nepal on November 30 and December 1, 2022 after his winning performance in National Performing Arts Championship 2022 held in Mumbai from October 8-9, 2022 (in the age category of 8-10 years) in the final level where he won the coveted first position and a gold medal.
“Trishisva has been trained in International, Western and Bollywood Free Style of dancing. He started dancing at a very young age and later developed it as a hobby. He has shown his brilliant skills in many dance competitions held at local levels before moving on to the district and state level championships,” the school said in a statement. “Earlier too, he had displayed his amazing dance talent in All India Dance Sports Festival-2019 and in National Dance Sports Championship 2020-21 and won gold medals in both the events.”
Principal-DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra applauded Trishisva and his parents for his brilliant achievement. She said that students should try to enhance their abilities through such exposure for their holistic development. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also applauded the talented dancer of DPS Jammu. President-RCT, M K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, PVC, Dr Kuwarani Ritu Singh and Director, S S Sodhi congratulated Trishisva, his parents and extended their best wishes for all his future endeavours.
