Training prog for Hajj pilgrims held at Doda

Doda, May 02: District Administration Doda on Tuesday organised a day-long training programme for the selected Hajj pilgrims about Manasik-e-Haj at Astan Masjid Sharif Doda. More than 172 pilgrims attended the training session at Doda and total of 375 pilgrims were imparted training across Doda.
The Hajjis were imparted practical training and information in detail about the Hajj rituals as well as logistic support. The trainers gave thorough information to the pilgrims with regard to boarding, lodging, accommodation, currency exchange and other activities to be performed during the pilgrimage. They were also briefed about important documents and luggage to be carried along.
Meanwhile, the Hajj pilgrims expressed gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan for the cooperation and effective management to ensure a smooth pilgrimage for them.
