In a significant development, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) apprehended a traffic cop on Saturday in Sonamarg,area in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 9,000.
Officials said that they conducted a surprise raid on the traffic police post in Sonamarg. During the operation, they caught Selection Grade Constable identified as Muhammad Ayoub red-handed as he allegedly accepted the bribe from an unidentified individual.
