Toddler among six person were injured after a vehicle met an accident in the Gabra area of Karnah border town in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday afternoon.
An official said that the driver lost control over the wheel bearing registration number JK01AV 3011 at Hajitra- Gabra road due to which the vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a gorge, resulting in the injuries to six person.
The injured were identified as Momin Ahmad son Mohd Yaqoob, Zahoor Ahmad son of Abdul Rehman (28) resident of Hajitra, Sameena Bano daughter of Abdul Hamid resident of Nowa Gabra, Abu Sajid son of Javid Ahmad Mughal (17) resident Now Gabra, Mohd Kazafi son of Abdul Rehman (40) resident of Hajitra, Aijaz Ahmad son Mohd Sajad (one and half year).
The injured were rushed to SDH Tanghdar for treatment from where three critical injured reffred to SMHS Srinagar for advance treatment.
