Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday arrested three drug smugglers and recovered 380 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon Plus at Railway crossing Pattan in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district. A Spokesperson said that Police under the supervision of Mohd Nawaz-JKPS, SDPO Pattan assisted by Inspr Sarjan Ahmad, SHO PS Pattan arrested drug smugglers namely Sajad Ahmad Gojri S/O Mohd Sultan, Mohd Aman Gojri S/O Manzoor Ahmad & Basit Ahmad Gojri S/O Mohd Ramzan all residents of Pattan, Baramulla during naka checking at Railway Crossing Pattan who were coming on a Scooty bearing registration number JK05K-6259 from Buran towards Pattan and upon seeing the naka party they tried to flee from the spot but were apprehended tactfully.
“During their personal search 380 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon Plus were recovered from them and were taken into custody immediately”, he said. Scooty was also seized on spot. He said that case under NDPS Act registered in Police Station Pattan and investigations set in motion.
