Srinagar, May 28: CPI(M) leader Mohamad Yousuf Tarigami has felicitated the Kashmiri Pandit community on the festive occasion of Mela Khirbhawani (Jyeshtha Ashtami).
“The day reminds us about the communal harmony and brotherhood which is the landmark of Kashmiri’s rich culture and ethos. The occasion renews the resolve of the people of the region towards upholding the value and high traditions of co-existence, brotherhood and communal harmony,” Tarigami said in a statement.
“Kashmiryat without Kashmiri Pandits shall be incomplete and we must strive together for their dignified return,” he added.
