Srinagar, April 16: The Chairman Kashmir (Policy & Strategy) Group noted Supreme Court Lawyer ASHOK BHAN has expressed profound shock and pain over the loss of precious human lives in Srinagar boat capsize tragedy, and termed it heartbreaking tragedy.
In this hour of mourning Bhan said while empathising with the families,we Kashmiris across the spectrum should collectively pray to All mighty God for the peace to the departed.
“Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un”
And for bestowing courage to the families of the departed to bear this colossal tragedy.
Bhan urged LG to pay adequate ex Gracia compensation to the families of the deceased and further direct the administration to take up urgently the left over work of the footbridge and get the same completed without any further delay.
