Strengthen party at grassroots: Ashok Koul to BJP leaders, workers

Srinagar, Nov 21: The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Srinagar unit on Tuesday held a meeting of Shakti Kendras at Jawahar Nagar here which was attended by top leaders from Jammu and Kashmir. 
The attendees included Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Org), Surinder Ambardar (Ex. MLC), Arif Raja, Convener Parliamentary Constituency Srinagar, Mudasir, Incharge Central and North Kashmir, Bilal Parray, National Youth Executive Member, Engineer Showkat Gayoor, Senior Leader, Sajid, and Suhail Bhat, J&K Media and Social Media Incharges, the party said in a statement issued here. Ashok Bhat, District President BJP Srinagar, along with his district team, all constituency presidents and Shakti Kendra incharges of district Srinagar also participated in the meeting. 
The highlight of the meeting was the speech by Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Org), who emphasized the need to strengthen the party at the grassroots level, particularly Shakti Kendras. He provided valuable advice to the workers and leaders on making the party more relevant in the current scenario, urging them to work hard to achieve the party’s goals. 
Koul also commended District Srinagar for achieving a 100 percent success rate in implementing and meeting the targets set by the high command. 
Ashok Bhat, in his inaugural address, welcomed the dignitaries and participants, providing insights into the workings of the district, especially Shakti Kendras. Surinder Ambardar delivered a motivational speech that infused new energy into the workers for improved work and coordination, the statement said. 
During the meeting, each constituency president presented a progress report, focusing on the Shakti Kendras in their respective areas. The proceedings of the meeting were effectively anchored by Saba Ali, Media Incharge District Srinagar.
