Srinagar, Aug 21: 13 Bn SSB, Dignibal has organised plantation drive jointly with to Sindh Forest division, Ganderbal on the occasion of launch of green Jammu Kashmir drive by the Lieutenant Governor.
During the drive large no of personal of 13Bn SSB, Dignibal along with Dr. Gourav Misra, Comdt (Med), Virender Singh Choudhary, Dy Comdt and Rafiq Ahmad, Asstt. Comdt have participated jointly with a no. of personal from Sindh forest division, Ganderbal under the supervision of S.A Mughal, Range Officer.
Large No. of Sapplings have seeds planted by the personal during the Campaign. Mudasir Wani Sarpanch Warpoh and Abdul Majid Sarpanch Bakura along with a number of persons from surrounding villages have also participated during the conduct of said drive.
The drive was carried out as part of the green J&K drive being carried out all across UT of J&K with the Aim to create a people,s movement at a massive scale with the enrolment of all stock holders, particularly Village Panchayats Women, Students, local bodies, institutions, NGOs, and civil society.
