A State Road Transport Corporation (SRTC) bus met with an accident inside the Qazigund tunnel on Wednesday evening, leaving 15 passengers injured.
The accident reportedly occurred inside the Navyuga tunnel in Qazigund when the SRTC bus, traveling from Jammu to Srinagar, overturned.
An official from Qazigund Hospital told Rising Kashmir that a total of 15 injured passengers were brought to the hospital.
“Six patients with minor injuries were treated at Qazigund Hospital, while nine others have been referred to GMC Anantnag for further treatment,” the official said.
