Her international debut was equally impressive. At the 19th World Championship held in Malaysia from July 26 to 31, 2022, Aqsa secured a bronze medal, marking her arrival on the global stage. Later that year, she won a gold medal at the Asian Championship held from October 11 to 17, 2022, further establishing her dominance in the sport.

She won gold at the 6th Federation Cup in Goa (January 19-21, 2023) and continued her winning streak at the 12th Senior Pencak Silat National Championship in Odisha (June 10-13, 2024). Her success extended beyond national borders when she claimed gold at the 8th Asian Pencak Silat Championship in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, from October 10 to 16, 2024.
Aqsa’s crowning achievement came at the 20th World Pencak Silat Championship held in Abu Dhabi from December 18 to 22, 2024, where she secured a gold medal for India. She highlighted her participation in the Asmita Khelo India North Zone Pencak Silat Women’s League held in Agra from February 10 to 12, 2025, where she won yet another gold medal. She said that her achievements would not have been possible without the guidance and support of her coaches, Mohd Iqbal and Irfan Aziz Botta, who played a pivotal role in shaping her career.
