Snow Skiing Course by IISM Gulmarg Concludes With Enthusiasm

Srinagar, Jan 31: The 3rd snow skiing concluded successfully Friday, marking the end of an exciting and intensive and enriching training course. A total of 92 students participated in the course, including 77 in the Basic, 14 in Intermediate and 1 in Advanced.
The course designated for participants aged 10-40 years, provided hands-on skiing experience under the supervision of expert instructors.
During the closing ceremony, the trainees demonstrated their newly acquired skiing skills with great enthusiasm. Col I S Thapa, Principal of the institution distributed prizes to the top performers and awarded certificates to all successful participants. He commended the dedication and hard work of both the students and instructors, encouraging them to continue having their skills in winter sports. Col I S Thapa Principal thanked the instructors and staff for their efforts in making the event a success. He appreciated their hard work in ensuring smooth execution and effective training for the participants.
