Srinagar, Dec 02: The Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) on Monday organized a farewell function to honor its outgoing Director, Bakshi Humayun Javed, along with two senior employees, Farooq Sumjhi and Gh. Rasool, who retired on November 30, 2024, after years of exemplary service.
The event also marked a warm welcome for the incoming Director, Galib M. Shah, with staff greeting him with flower bouquets and heartfelt gestures. The program, attended by several dignitaries, including Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Director Health Services, RTO Kashmir, and senior officials from RSGC and KGC, highlighted the professional expertise and dedication of the outgoing officials.
Speakers lauded Bakshi Humayun Javed’s leadership and contributions to SKICC, wishing him and the retiring staff a fulfilling post-retirement life. The event concluded with remarks and presentations coordinated by Head of Operations, Shahnawaz A. Shah.
