At least six passengers were injured after a vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road at Akhal village of Devsar in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday evening, an official said.

An official told that the driver of a passenger Tavera vehicle bearing registration number (JK03A-5917) lost control on Akhal road, causing the vehicle to skid off the main road and resulting in injuries to six passengers.

He said all the injured have been immediately shifted to the hospital for treatment.

“All six passengers are stable and are being treated at the health facility,” he said.

Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the accident—(KNO)
