Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) and Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Departments, Shailendra Kumar, today joined the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra at Vijaypur Panchayat.
Principal Secretary alongwith all the officers, Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) members and locals took the Sankalp pledge to work for progress and prosperity of the nation. They also listened to the Prime Minister’s message through the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Van.
The occasion was marked by cultural performances on the theme of “Dharti Kahe Pukar Ke” by school students. The theme reflects the need to protect the environment and promote sustainable development. Besides, the beneficiaries of various government schemes also shared their stories under the “Meri Kahani Meri Zubaani” program.
