While addressing the public, the DC gave on-spot directions to concerned departments for prompt redressal of grievances in a time-bound manner, reiterating the administration’s commitment to provide basic facilities at people’s doorsteps.  Regarding sanitation in Kangan market, the DC assured that necessary measures would be taken to maintain cleanliness and sought the cooperation of locals in the drive. During the camp, the DC inspected departmental stalls, interacted with officials about on-spot registration of beneficiaries, and reviewed awareness activities regarding various Government schemes.  The public was provided on spot registrations, IEC material, and information about welfare initiatives. On the occasion, the DC also distributed sports kits to school children, revenue certificates, authorization letters under different schemes, and other welfare benefits among the beneficiaries.
