Action to be taken against schools at fault: Officials
Jammu, Feb 19: The School Education Department and Jammu and Kashmir Board of School will facilitate the students who couldn’t take part in the exams due to the “mistakes” committed by their respective schools.
Officials told Rising Kashmir that the students who couldn’t participate in the exams due to the fault of their respective schools will be smoothly facilitated by the SED and J&BOSE.
“Action will also be taken against the schools due to whose faults students couldn’t participate in the exams,” an official said.
Meanwhile, the J&K BOSE has been directed to issue admit cards to bona- fide students who were unable to appear in the ongoing class 10th, 11th, and 12th board examinations due to non-receipt of their roll number slips.
As per official communication under reference number Edu-NGJ/71/2025-01 (7621161), dated February 19, 2025, available with the Rising Kashmir, JKBOSE has been asked to facilitate these students after they complete all necessary formalities.
