Srinagar, Apr 05: National Conference (NC) General Secretary and MLA Khanyar, Ali Mohammad Sagar on Saturday conducted a comprehensive tour of Ishber Nishat to assess the progress of public works and the availability of basic civic amenities.
Accompanied by MLA Hazratbal, Salman Ali Sagar and several local party functionaries, he identified a 30 kanal plot of land for the construction of a state-of-the-art sports ground. He also reviewed the ongoing work on the filtration plant and drainage system, with costs amounting to a substantial 2.5 crore and 85 lakhs respectively.
Sagar emphasised the importance of completing these projects on time and instructed the relevant authorities accordingly.
During the visit, he attentively listened to the concerns raised by the local residents and promptly addressed them by liaising with the officials concerned.
