Srinagar, March 01: A delegation of Rehbar-e- Khel Teachers called on the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) president and former Chief Minister of J&K, Mehbooba Mufti Wednesday at the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) Srinagar office.
The delegation informed the PDP president about the enduring hardship of a perpetual probation period of 7 years and having to make do with the bare minimum wage of 4000 per month and the uncertainty about their regularization.
They further urged that the posts freeze solely for the purpose of their regularization should not be de-freezed before all Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers of J&K including Leh and Ladakh are regularized against the said 3000 freezed posts.
Party President, Mehbooba Mufti, after hearing the delegation patiently assured all possible help and support for their genuine demands.
She also assured the delegation of raising their demands through all possible channels.
