Udhampur, Sept 24: Ranbir Singh Pathania, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson and the party’s candidate for the Udhampur East constituency, on Tuesday articulated his vision for a resurgent and prosperous Jammu & Kashmir.
In a series of impactful meetings held in Kothi, Kuperla, Shivnagar, Dhalpar, Barta, Johnu, Upper Thanoa, Kashirah, and Baryal, the BJP candidate emphasised the themes of ‘Rashtravad’ (Nationalism) and ‘Vikas’ (Development). “It is important to strengthen nationalist forces and take stringent measures against anti-social elements threatening the region’s integrity and progress,” he said.
“Strengthening nationalist forces and curbing anti-social influences are at the core of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s ideology,” Pathania said. He highlighted the landmark initiatives the party has implemented to combat terrorism, expressing confidence in the goal of making Jammu and Kashmir 100% free from this menace.
The BJP spokesperson elaborated on the extensive development programs undertaken across various sectors in Jammu & Kashmir, including major advancements in healthcare and education. He cited transformative projects such as the establishment of AIIMS, IIM, and IIT in the region as crucial steps toward providing residents with access to world-class facilities.
With a forward-looking vision, Pathania said he aims to develop Udhampur East into a model constituency characterized by state-of-the-art infrastructure, modern healthcare facilities, robust tourism development, and advanced educational institutions. “Our goal is to create an environment where every resident can thrive and contribute to our collective progress,” he affirmed.
