The railway authorities on Friday started the restoration work of the train at the Mazhuma railway station in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Earlier this morning, the engine of a train skidded off the track after reaching close to the Mazhuma Railway Station.
However, the railway authorities have started the restoration work to get the train engine back on track. So the train service from Budgam to Baramulla railway station can be restored.
Meanwhile, train services from Budgam to Baramulla have been suspended after a train engine skidded off the track on Friday morning.
