Srinagar, Feb 03: Senior IAS officer of AGMUT cadre RK Goyal posted as Secretray in Ministry of Home Affairs.
As per the official communication, the appointments committee of the cabinet (ACC) on saturday approved the appointment of R K Goyal as Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Pertinent to mention, Goyal is 1990 batch IAS officer and was posted as Additional Chief Secretary Home J&K.
