Quarter Finals pictures drawn in Senior National Volleyball Championship

Srinagar, Jan 11: JKUT Volleyball (men) has created history by qualifying its pool in 69th Sr. National Volleyball Championship commenced at Sawai Mansingh Stadium Jaipur on 7th Jan 2025 .

Not only this by defeating Andhra Pradesh in keenly contested match by 3-2 sets (score-24-26,25-22,25-20,21-25,15-10) in play off JKUT team created unprecedented victory for the first time in National Senior Volleyball championship showcasing their superb performance in all sectors of the game in offensive, defensive ,services, dodging the opponents Andhra Pradesh.
Our players Mannat, Shahid, Pankaj, Musharraf and Ayaz Madni displayed high skills of game-maintained hegemony throughout the match

In the 7-day long National Volleyball Championship being conducted in Seven Volleyball courts spread over in Jaipur city day & night, the organizers have made elaborate arrangements of accommodation, transport etc for smooth conduct of this Mega event. Amongst dignitaries’ members of Adhoc committee of Volleyball Federation of India, Rohit Rajpal IOA chairman, Dr Alaknand Ashok Joint Secretary IOA, Arjuna awardees of Volleyball game, officials of State/UTs Volleyball Associations across India are participating in the championship.

As many as 1200 players/officials engaged in this championship. Hitesh Malhotra Head of Volleyball Empowerment and NF relations, FIVB and a team of foreign Volleyball coaches are fully associated in the championship for promotion of volleyball game in India and abroad. Talented. Players are being haunted to upgrade the standard of Volleyball in this championship.

The office bearers of VAJK &J&K Sports council have hailed the historical victory of the team for the first time in reaching at quarter-finals in Sr National volleyball Championship a recognition of dedication of players/coaches of JKUT.
