Quality education top priority of admin: DC

Kishtwar, Oct 16: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pankaj Kumar Sharma Thursday said that the promotion of quality education has been flagged as a top priority of the district administration. As per a statement issued here, he was addressing staff and students of Adarsh Bal Niketan High School, which celebrated its 65th Annual Day. The DC attended the inaugural session as the Chief Guest. The Deputy Commissioner lauded the institution for its commitment to imparting quality education and promoting co-curricular activities among students. He assured the school administration of every possible support from the District Administration for the welfare of the students. Earlier, the Head of the Institution highlighted the school's achievements in academic and co-curricular activities. President Managing Committee of the School Sri Krishan Sharma, Senior Member Prof. Surinder Sen also spoke on the occasion. R.N Jhor Group Senior Manager CVPP Pakkal Dul Hydro Electric Power project was the chief guest at the Second sitting of the day. The students presented a vibrant cultural program, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and patriotism. The event was attended by a galaxy of intellectuals, including senior district officers, Principal, managing committee members, parents and a large number of students.
