Deputy Inspector General of Police, South Kashmir Rayees Muhammad Bhat on Sunday said that terrorists involved in the killing of a Kashmiri Pandit Bank guard in Achan area of Litter hamlet of South Kashmir will be tracked down and neutralized soon.
Talking to reporters,Rayees Muhammad Bhat said the incident took place around 10:30am. Terrorists fired upon a member of a minority community when he was going towards a market alongwith her wife.
“We are searching for the terrorist and we will neutralise them as early as possible”, he said.
The slain was identified as Sanjay Pandith son of Kashi Nath Pandit of Achan area of Litter, Pulwama district.
