Jammu, Dec 27: Acting tough against terrorism and its supporters, a joint team of J&K Police and civil administration, on the directions of court, on Friday attached the properties of three terrorists who were operating from across the border, the spokesman said.
These properties have been attached Under Section 88 CrPC in Kotranka area of Rajouri.
The action against three terrorists involved in unlawful activities and operating from across the border has been taken on directions of court and their properties have been attached under Section 88 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) in connection with FIR No. 14/2011 U/S 2/3 EMICO registered at Police Station Kandi.
As per details, three Kanals, four Marlas, and 31 Sq Feet of land of Khadim Hussain, son of Dil Mohd, resident of Kandi, Tehsil Kotranka, District Rajouri, has been attached.
Similarly, two Kanals and eight Marlas of land of Muneer Hussain, son of Said Mohd, resident of Gakhrote, Tehsil Kotranka, District Rajouri has also been attached.
The land measuring two Kanals, two Marlas, and 253 Sq Feet of of Mohd Shabir, son of Faqir Mohd, resident of Panjnara, Tehsil Kotranka, District Rajouri has also been attached for his involvement in terrorist activities.
The total property attached includes seven Kanals and 15 Marlas valuing approximately Rs18.5 Lakhs, the spokesman said.
The attachment was carried out on the orders of the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (JMIC), Kotranka. This decisive action was executed by a joint team of Police and civil administration.
This operation underscores the commitment of the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the district administration to combat anti-national elements and safeguard public order, the spokesman said.
