Press Club of Kashmir welcomes release of Majid Hyderi

Srinagar, Feb 19: Press Club of Kashmir on Wednesday expressed happiness at the quashing of Public Safety Act (PSA) against Majid Hyderi, a prominent journalist of Kashmir.
In a statement issued, Club said PSA was slapped against Hyderi in 2023 on frivolous grounds.
The executive body of the club met today at the club premises and welcomed the release of Majid, a well-known journalist. The body complimented Hyderi’s family for showing resilience.
