Prabhari Officer visits Panchayat Aghar Ballian Block Reasi

Deputy Director HQr Information Department Dr Rehana Akhter Bijli who is also the Prabhari Officer on Wednesday visited Panchayat Aghar Ballian Block Reasi and inspected the ongoing developmental works.

 

 

   During the visit, Visiting Officer convened a meeting of Officers of line departments, PRI members, general public and took stock of follow up of “Back to Village phase fourth at Panchayat Pannasa.

 

 

   Visiting Officer also interacted with the Officers of line departments and enquired about the steps being taken up for early redressal of grievances as put in the Gram Sabha during Back to Village phase fourth. 

 

She apprised the public that “Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur”- is a campaign launched by the UT government for Redressal of Public issues and to provide services at their door steps.

 

 

        Visiting Officer urged the public for active participation in these programmes and to avail the maximum benefits of different government schemes and programmes.

 

     Moreover, Visiting officer emphasized that various works including Laying of water supply Pipeline, construction of Pump rooms, construction of Goshalas are in progress.

 

 

      She said that the Water scheme will benefit the village Aghar Ballian, Vijaypur and Nawabad.

 

 

     Visiting officer also inspected Middle School Ballian and interacted with the Teachers and students and disussed various issues like Nasha Mukt, Save the Girl Child, and Beti Bachao Beti Padao.Various Cultural items were also performed by the students.

 

     The visiting Officer was followed by Anil Sharma, Liason Officer for B2V4 programme, Isha Rani Sarpanch, Tarun Verma JEE and representative of other departments also.
