Police inaugurate modernised conference hall at Armed PHQ

Jammu, Sep 26: A newly renovated and upgraded Conference Hall at the Armed Police Headquarters Complex Jammu, was inaugurated Friday by Additional Director General of Police, Armed, Anand Jain. A statement issued here said that the state-of-the-art hall has been modernised to provide a comfortable and fully equipped space for official meetings, strategic discussions, training programmes, and video conferencing. Designed with advanced facilities, it will serve as a pivotal hub for professional interactions, policy planning, and capacity-building initiatives of the Armed Police. Speaking on the occasion, Jain highlighted that the initiative reflects the Jammu and Kashmir Police’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure and creating a conducive working environment for its personnel. He emphasised that such modernised spaces not only improve coordination and efficiency but also support effective decision-making at all levels. This development is part of the J&K Police’s ongoing efforts to upgrade facilities, enhance operational preparedness, and foster a culture of professionalism and excellence.
