New Delhi, Mar 11 :Prime Minister NarendraModi on Monday greeted people on the eve of Ramzan.
He said in a post on X, “Wishing everyone a blessed Ramzan. May this holy month bring joy, good health and prosperity in everyone’s lives.”
The holy Islamic month of Ramzan begins on Tuesday as the Ramzan moon was sighted in various parts of the country on Monday.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended his hearty greetings to the people on the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan.
In a message, the Lt Governor said: “Heartiest greetings and good wishes to all on the beginning of the sacred month of Ramzan. May this holy month bring peace, prosperity and joy for everyone”.
Similarly, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Law and Order, Vijay Kumar has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan.
In his message, the ADGP expressed heartfelt wishes for peace, prosperity, and joy to prevail throughout this sacred month. “May this holy month be a time of reflection, unity, and blessings for all,” he added.
The Director General of Police, J&K, R.R Swain has expressed heartfelt warm Ramadan greetings to the people of Jammu & Kashmir, families of martyrs, JKP & Security personnel and their families as the holy month of Ramadan commences tomorrow.
In his message, DGP said that Ramadan is a time for self-reflection, compassion, and community building. As we observe this holy month, let us come together, support one another, and strive for a more harmonious society.
May this Ramadan bring blessings, joy, and prosperity to the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, he prayed.
Inspector General of Police, Vidhi Kumar Birdi, on Monday greeted the Valley people as the holy Ramadan went underway in Jammu and Kashmir.
“IGP Kashmir extends warm greetings to the people of Kashmir Valley on the eve of Ramadan. May this sacred month bring blessings, unity, peace & prosperity to all. Ramadan Mubarak,” the IGP said.
