PDP welcomes Mehbooba after returning from Umrah

Srinagar, Feb 05: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti was greeted with enthusiasm by party leaders and workers at the party headquarters in Srinagar upon her return from Umrah.
PDP General Secretary, Khursheed Alam, along with other senior leaders like Abdul Qayoom Bhat, Arif Laigroo, Iqbal Tramboo, Hameed Kohsheen, and Syed Tajamul, extended a warm welcome to Mufti.
The reception reflected the party’s unity and enthusiasm as members gathered in large numbers to greet their leader, the party said in a statement issued here.
During her interaction with party workers, Mufti discussed key political developments in Jammu and Kashmir, upcoming party strategies, and ongoing challenges, the statement said.
