PDP holds worker’s convention in at Chadoora

Budgam, Dec 24 : Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday held a mega workers convention in chadoora budgam
According to a statement issued by the party, the outreach programme was led by senior vice-president PDP Abdul Rehman Veeri while General Secretary Dr Mehboob Beg, District President Budgam Yaseen Bhat, Youth Coordinator Zuhaib Mir, Media Coordinator Bashir Beigh and ex-state secretary youth and constituency in-charge Habba Kadal werte also present on the occasion.
Speaking to the gathering Abdul Rehman Veeri stressed over party workers to ensure grassroot level outreach to the people of Chadoora and Budgam to strengthen the party at grass roots level. He also praised the party workers for making efforts to strengthen the party; urging workers to organize more programs in future to stay in touch with the people.
Dr Mehboob while speaking to the gathering that PDP will never betray the people and will represent the aspirations of people. He cautioned the people against the conspiracies which, he said, are being hatched to divide and rule. “There is strength in unity and those who conspire should be given a befitting reply,” he said.
Reacting to the delimitation commission draft, Dr Mehboob Beg said that the draft has been made to divide people and to alienate further. The draft is never accepted by our party, he added.
