Srinagar, Jan 23: The Samagra Shiksha Department of School Education, J&K has received a total of 199,474 registrations from students in grades 6 to 12 to participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC)-2024.
The 7th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha is a unique interactive program where Prime Minister Narendra Modi engages with students, teachers, and parents.
This year, the event will be held on January 29 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, has successfully organised this event for the past six years.
Pariksha Pe Charcha is an exceptional initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aimed at reducing exam stress among school students. The program creates an environment that celebrates and encourages the individuality of each child, bringing together students, parents, teachers, and society.
Pariksha Pe Charcha is part of the larger movement – ‘Exam Warriors’ – led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which aims to create a stress-free atmosphere for youngsters.
Deep Raja, the Project Director for the Samagra Shikha J&K told the Rising Kashmir that a total of 199,474 students from grades 6 to 12, 49,031 teachers, and 4,873 parents of school-going children in the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory have registered for the participation in Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC)-2024, which will be held on January 29, 2024, in New Delhi.
This year, a total of 205.62 lakh students, 14.93 lakh teachers, and 5.69 lakh parents from across India have registered to interact with Prime Minister Modi at ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ 2024.
