Pampore, Oct 08: People’s Democratic Party’s Zahoor Ahmad Mir has taken a lead by 9 votes after 4th round of counting of votes.
Mir has secured 4557 votes and he is in close contest with NC’s Hasnain Masoodi who has secured 4548 votes.
Independent Candidate Mohammad Maqbool Shah has maintained 3rd place with 3461 votes.
