Pahalgam attack aftermath: Sakeena Itoo arrives in Chandigarh, Satish Sharma in Dehradun

Chandigarh, Apr 26: On the directions of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet Minister, Sakeena Itoo has arrived in Chandigarh to meet students and residents of Jammu and Kashmir currently staying in Punjab and Chandigarh and ensure a sense of security among them, in the aftermath of Pahalgam attack.

The Minister posted on X, “On the direction of HCM , I am available in Chandigarh and Punjab to meet students, business community and individuals from J&K to ensure a sense of security. Anyone facing any issue can reach out to me through the below mentioned numbers: 94190 04823, 70060 65102”.

Later, the Minister is also scheduled to meet Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT of Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria to discuss the issues of J&K students, business community and other individuals in the aftermath of Pahalgam attack.

Meanwhile, in consonance with the directions of Chief Minister and view a purpose to reassure and instill a sense of security among students, business persons from Jammu and Kashmir currently pursuing studies , carrying out business activities in Dehradun , Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Sports has reached Dehradun.

During his visit, the Minister will be available to interact with students, business community and other members of J&K community.
