South Kashmir: Gunfight rages in Kulgam

An encounter has started between militants and government forces in Nowpora Mir Bazaar area of South Kashmir's Kulgam district on Wednesday.

Kashmir Zone Police tweeted: "#Encounter has started at Nawapora, Mir Bazar in #Kulgam district. Police & security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow.
@JmuKmrPolice".
