One militant killed in an encounter between security forces and militant at Hoowra village in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Kashmir Zone Police tweeted:"#KulgamEncounterUpdate: 01 local #terrorist neutralised. Identification & affliation being ascertained. Incriminating materials including arms & ammunition recovered. Search going on. Further details shall follow.@JmuKmrPolice."
