JKBOSE uploads digital version of textbooks on its official website

Srinagar, April 29: Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has initiated the process of uploading digital versions of textbooks on its official website, allowing students to easily access and download the material. Sudhir Singh, the Director of Academics at JKBOSE, informed Rising Kashmir that a significant portion of the textbooks, around 90 percent, has already been uploaded on the website. Furthermore, Singh said that the remaining textbooks will also be uploaded soon. Students and teachers can conveniently download these digital textbooks from the website. The Director of Academics highlighted that the textbooks for first and second grades have been developed in accordance with the guidelines of the NEP. These books have been distributed to all Government and Private schools affiliated with JKBOSE. "Various language-based textbooks such as Urdu, English, Kashmiri, and Dogri have been specifically created by JKBOSE for the first and second grades in the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory," he added.
