Avalanche warning issued for four districts in J&K

Jammu & Kashmir Disaster Management Authority on Wednesday has issued an avalanche warning for at least four districts for next 24 hours.
In a statement, JKDMA Spokesman said, "Avalanche with low danger level is likely to occur above *2400 to 2800 metres above sea level over *Ganderbal, Bandipore, Kupwara & Barmamulla districts in next 24 hours.
"People living in these areas are advised to take precautions and avoid venturing in the avalanche prone areas till further orders", it said.
