Jammu, June 02: Jammu & Kashmir National Conference leaders on Sunday honoured the CBSE students of 10th and 12th classes for their outstanding performance in examinations.
On the occasion, students were honoured with Mata ki Photos and Chunries which included Ashivika Kerni with 96.5 percent marks in the 12th class, Vhabhe Sharma with 86.5 percent in the 10th class and Krishan Sharma with 82 percent in the 12th class.
These promising students brought laurels by securing excellent marks in the CBSE stream for their school and parents, a statement issued here said.
Speaking on this occasion, Jammu Provincial Joint Secretary, Ankush Abrol said, “Such children, who are the future of the nation, are required to be inspired and encouraged enabling them to do better in their future careers.”
Zonal Secretary and Coordinator Jammu District Urban, Dr Vikas Sharma also spoke stressing the need to organize such felicitation programs for promising students because this enhances their level of self-confidence to face ups and downs in endeavour to achieve their career in the line.
Besides others, Rahul Mahajan, Sahil Kerni, Amit Sharma, Rajinder Singh Bhau, Rahul Gupta, Vikram Mahajan, Vicky Mehra, and Chetan Singh were also present.
