NC announces new office bearers for Jammu Province

Jammu, Dec 10: Acting on the directions of National Conference (NC) president Dr Farooq Abdullah, the party’s provincial president for Jammu Province, Rattan Lal Gupta, has announced a series of nominations to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure and addressing local issues effectively.
According to a statement issued here, Rajni Devi, who currently serves as District President Samba Women Wing, has been elevated to the position of Working President Women Wing for Jammu Province. Similarly, Mohd Arif Mir, District Secretary Ramban, has been appointed as Provincial Secretary for Jammu Province. Abid Magrey, Vice President of District Ramban, has been promoted to District President Ramban. Parvez Ahmad Sheikh has been appointed as District Secretary Ramban.
The new appointments are aimed at streamlining party operations at the grassroots level and ensuring the effective resolution of pressing issues in respective regions, the party said.
The announcement was made in the presence of key party leaders, including Sheikh Bashir Ahmad, Provincial Secretary Jammu; Surjeet Singh Manhas, Joint Secretary Jammu Province; Aruna Thakur, District President Ramban Women Wing; Mohinder Kumar Rana, Joint Secretary Central Zone; Tariq Butt, Imtiaz Ahmad Mughal, Block President Ukhral; Raja Arshad Ali, Block President Batote; Abdul Gani Wani, Nazir Ahmad, Gh Hassan Mir, Busharat Ahmad Wani, and others. The party reiterated its commitment to addressing the concerns of the people and ensuring robust organizational functioning across Jammu Province.
